Yeti Rambler, Mugs, Lids & Lowball

If you’re on the road or on the go, you’ll need a dependable travel mug. Many of us have tried purchasing our insulated cups at the closest “super center,” just to have to replace them a few months later. Why not spend a little more on something that will last and last? These high-end tumblers have exploded in popularity over the past few months, especial the YETI Rambler. Similar to Tervis, the YETI has the ability to keep drinks cold for hours on end. YETI has a whole line of tumblers that just may put the old traditional travel mugs to shame. Is the higher price of the YETI worth it? Let’s take a look at the details.

Yeti Tumbler Performance

After our Head to Head tumbler comparison, we can say, yes, it is worth spending that extra money on a Yeti. The Yeti Tumbler held ice for 36 ours in our Yeti vs Engel tumbler test. Both tumblers were left outside in the warm Florida sun (about 85 degrees) and maintained ice for about 36 hours. The difference, albeit slight, is the Yeti Tumbler was 10 degrees cooler when compared to the Engel Tumbler at the conclusion of our test. To see the head to head matchup, see the video below:

In addition to matching the Yeti up against the Engel, we recently matched Yeti up along 8 other tumblers. In agreement with the test above, the Yeti Tumbler went the distance against various other manufacturers. You can see the full review below:
